VOLUME TRAINING

To get an athletic body, It is necessary to priviledge workouts that promote muscle pump.

 

Technique's principle : 

Choose an exercise that you are familiar with and do as many repetitions as possible with the same weight.

Then, reduce the weight of about 20% and do the same with no rest in between.

Take sufficient rest to start a new set.

INTERVAL CARDIO TRAINING 

The importance of a cardio training activity, indoor or outside is essential to improve your breathing abilities as well as to increase your weight loss.

 

Technique's principle :

On a bike, a treadmill or outside, mix an high intensity period followed straight by a moment of rest.

Use the timing : 1 minute fast and 1 minute of recovery.

REPEATED MUSCULAR DEVELOPEMENT 

In bodybuilding , it's important to change sometimes techniques to obtain stronger and  fuller muscles.

The method presented below is essential to improve muscular abilities.

 

Technique's principle : 

For example : on a squat exercise , do 10 reps with your usual charge , then take a 10 seconds rest.

Then straight do as many squats as possible with the same weight, you might be able to do 5 more reps. Then rest 1 min 15 and to an other set .

TRISET MUSCULAR TRAINING

 Repeated muscular development now done. 

It's time to work in multi set to get to the next level.

 

Technique's principle :

On a training day working on the same body part, do 3 exercises with no rest.

For a back workout for instance , do some pull ups followed by a lat pull down followed by a pull over .

Then take 2 minutes rest.
